The best way to earn the loyalty of potential customers, to earn their business, is to listen to them and help them however we’re able. That may not always be in a way that is part of what we sell, or even something we can provide ourselves. By being trusted through helping and listening we win loyalty, and get referred, something orders of magnitude more powerful in effectiveness at generating new business than ads or newsletters or broadcasts.

This is the philosophy I tried to explain briefly and simply in my book that came out exclusively as an Amazon ebook 2 years ago. Now I’d like to update it, give it a more interesting cover, offer it in different ways, like in print. I’d love your input, suggestions and guidance. I’ve made the book free on May 23-27.
