I need some guidance on gardening in the DFW area. I have some box beds ready for use. What should I plant? How do you fertilize? Mulch? How often/much do you water & weed?

We successfully grow rosemary & mint. We have healthy strawberry plants that produce nothing. We’d be fans of all veggies.
